A lovely self-contained studio room, located on the ground floor of my home. You will have your own private entrance and en-suite shower room. The kitchenette has a fridge freezer, sink with a drainer. There is also a microwave, air fryer, small induction hob, and free standing cupboard/worktop area, bistro table and chairs.

The room has a double bed, with a superior comfy mattress, there's a hanging rail, small drawers, a bedside table, a dressing table and chest of drawers.

I'm looking for a respectful, quiet, working tenant who will look after the place as if it were their own. A non-smoker is preferred, no smoking or vaping in property and no pets, I'm afraid. References and proof of employment etc, will be required on application. The room is for one person only, not suitable for couples.

Parking, on-road parking is available close by, restricted to two hours, during the day (10 am to 6pm) Monday to Saturday, Sunday there is no restriction. Or no restrictions at all, if you park further up the road.

Two launderettes within very close proximity, approx 500 metres. We're in a great position about 200 yards from the Esplanade, good transport links.

The initial rental period is 3 or 6 months, with the possibility of extending on a month-by-month basis if all goes well.

£625 a month, includes all bills, Council Tax, water and utilities, I'm afraid it does not include a TV licence (not a related party).

Please note a deposit of £150 will be required when let provisionally agreed between us and references requested, (this is due to being messed about when last advertised in July). The £150 will be deducted from the 1st months rent, A damages deposit of £625 will also be required, along with 1st months rent.
