A lovely self-contained, studio room, located on the ground floor of my home. There are no shared areas, you will have your own private entrance and en-suite shower room. The kitchenette has a fridge freezer, and sink with a drainer. There will also be a microwave, air fryer, small induction hob, and possibly another cupboard/worktop (not yet in situ) area, bistro table and chairs. Happy to discuss furniture etc.
The room has a double bed, with a superior comfy mattress, there's a hanging rail, small drawers, a bedside table, and a dressing table and will also have a standard chest of drawers.
I'm looking for a respectful tenant, who will look after the place as if it were their own. A non-smoker is preferred and must be working/employed. References, proof of employment etc, will be required. The room is for one person, not suitable for couples.
There is on-road parking available, (first come basis) but is restricted to two hours, during the day. A permit may be a possibility.
There isn't a washing machine, but there are two launderettes within very close proximity, approx 500 metres. We're in a great position about 200 yards from the Esplanade, good transport links.
The initial rental period is 3 or 6 months, with the possibility of extending on a month-by-month basis if all goes well.
£625 a month, includes all bills, Council Tax, water and utilities, I'm afraid it does not include a TV licence (not a related party)
