Flat share in Ryde

Hi, I have two rooms to share, £100 weekly no deposit required but at least 2 weeks rent in front. Shared bathroom, kitchen. Washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave , Toaster, air fryer, kettle. Fridge, freezer in the rooms. One has a sofa bed, inbuilt wardrobe, desk. chest of drawers. Other has a wardrobe, desk. Very close to the high street. Walking distance 5 minutes on my bad day. 😅 All working tenants, so no party. Our oldest neighbour is 103, so full respect. Victorian garden opposite . At the moment, is no mould we had dealt with it. Not offering for long term, but definitely till December. Council tax D. (Included) We have kids in the neighbourhood over the weekends, we have cat and dogs too . Absolutely friendly. Pictures will be send on request.
