Room for rent for 3 months

Double room for rent for 3 months.
As we are going travelling from the 9th of December till the 28th of February, we will have a room available for rent for that period only.
My mother, a single woman in her 50s will be living in the property and looking after the cat who is very quiet and wouldn’t cause much disturbance. She also speaks Romanian and Russian and she works most of the days.
Due to this, we would prefer a female to rent the room.
There is off road shared parking and space in our garage for a moped/bike if needed. There is a pleasant garden with sheltered decking. and the property is in a nice quiet location 15mins walk from Ryde town.
