About the Household & What I’m Looking For
I am looking for a working professional who is respectful, clean, reliable, and looking for a quiet and comfortable home.
I have my children with me 5 nights out of every 14, so it’s important that the person sharing the house is considerate of this and comfortable living in a family-friendly environment on those days.
House Rules / Expectations (please read before enquiring)
To keep the home comfortable for everyone, the following are strictly not allowed:
Smoking inside the house or in the bedrooms (vaping outside is fine)
Regular unannounced guests staying in the property
Anyone who is not working or unable to pay rent reliably
Loud noise or disruptive behaviour
Occasional guests are fine if discussed in advance.
DBS checked preferred, given my children live in the house. Proof of this may be requested.
This room is suited to someone who wants a calm, clean, respectful place to live — not a party house.
