Each room has a small private en-suite (with shower, toilet and sink (no bath )
Tv , Mini fridge , kettle , WiFi
A large Shared kitchen area / dining room , and
Lounge with fireplace
parking on the street is free locally ( allocated parking on driveway, if available)
The property is large and spacious shared with all working professionals who love their own quiet space
I live adjacent to the property but I do not share any common areas / space with guests
There is a laundrette very close to the property ( 2 min walk )
Everything is within close walking distance , train station, busses , supermarkets, shops ,beach , bars , restaurants
Gas central heating to all rooms

There will be an additional charge for 2nd person staying as visitor TBC
We do have house rules which is for everyone’s safety, privacy and wellbeing giving peace of mind for all who stay
We have a very nice vibe here unlike a small house share , space peace and privacy is key
and we care about everyone’s wellbeing
