10 minutes walk to beautiful sandy beaches, Yaverland and Sandown Bay. There is an excellent bakery on the high street and exceptional cafes including Finns, The Bay Deli and, Coffee Bubble which does 'Dip and Sip' every Sunday. The bungalow backs onto fields you can walk in and in the winter, you can hear the wild geese from the patio!

Sandown train station is 7 minutes walk away and there is a bus stop right outside.

Sandown is 20 minutes' drive from Newport, Ryde and Ventnor.

I am a warm-hearted and sociable type who loves surfing and getting outdoors with my two dogs. I have friends visit for crafts and films every now and then. I also love gardening and nature.

The house is a calm and comfortable environment. I work full-time in the week and work from home some days.

Seeking a lodger who gets on well with my two friendly rescue dogs, is clean/tidy and would fit in well with the other lodger already here. Can be a Monday to Friday let or full-time.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. No other lodgers/occupants.
