Hi I have a lovely furnished double room to rent in a friendly family house. Have bedding/duvet to if wanted.

Room has double bed, double wardrobe, large chest of draws. bedside draws. TV. Full length mirror

The room does have sky TV, Netflix and Disney + included. Wifi is available to connect to.

I will require references and a lodger agreement to be signed

Bills included are sky, utilities, council tax, wifi

I will also include food basics such as bread, milk, condiments, sauces, tea/coffee, cleaning materials, toilet rolls plus more

There is off road parking and garden, washing machine, tumble dryer and all mod cons.

My home is modern and nicely decorated and includes fully fitted kitchen, lounge, conservatory, downstairs toilet, bathroom with bath and shower. Full GCH.
