I have a double bedroom with shared bathroom in a friendly house. Available now.

It is nicely furnished and decorated and bedding is provided if wanted.

The room does have sky multi room fitted so that you can watch/record your own programmes. Wifi is available to connect to.

I will require references and a lodger agreement to be signed

Bills included are sky, utilities, council tax.

I will also include food basics such as bread, milk, condiments, sauces, tea/coffee, cleaning materials, toilet rolls. Will list for you if interested.

There is off road parking and garden, washing machine, tumble dryer and all mod cons.

My home is modern and nicely decorated and includes kitchen, lounge, conservatory, downstairs toilet, bathroom with bath and shower. Full GCH.

I do not want smoking in the house at all please. No DSS.
