I live on the mainland so it’ll only be him and whoever rents the room. Very quiet home with just the 2 bedrooms. Someone in full time work. It’s a really lovely home and looking for someone to rent my spare room and enjoy the house as much as I do. Excuse the belongings I still have in the room.
