Quiet road as there is no through traffic. There is parking on road in the village which also has a car park.

Large kitchen with gas cooker/oven, washing machine, microwave & fridge freezer.
Large lounge & dining area.

There is central heating & a log burner in the lounge.

Modest sized, well kept garden surrounded by a hedge that gives a lot of privacy.

You will only be sharing with me, a male in his 60's who lives a fairly quiet life. I currently work on the mainland so will be away for periods of time, during which you will have the house to yourself.

I am aware that the key to a successful Landlord/Lodger is respect of each other & a willingness to adapt to accommodate the other's reasonable expectations.

Any applicant should be willing to be referenced prior to the Lodger agreement.
