The house is close to shops and beaches. The room is in a house that has two mature professional people who work regular days.

The house is warm, very clean and is fully and newly furnished. There is a large TV in the shared living room with Netflix and Now TV accounts.

All bills are included - accepting the fair usage policy in place on gas (CH and water) and the electricity. Fast Broadband is included.

There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a washing line.

If a couple wish to rent the room together, then the rent can be shared/split, but with an additional £30 per month contribution to bills.

There is no smoking inside the house, but smokers are welcome, if they smoke outside in the garden.

The gravelled garden has a storage shed, and plenty of space for sports equipment.

There is a large off-road parking area behind the house.
