Room to rent in artists apartment

I am a working artist and my apartment reflects this. The decor is not minimalist but a am happy to try decluttering ! I would love a creative flatmate . The flat is on the top floor of a three story Victorian detached building , with lots of interesting features.

I would be interested in offsetting some rent costs if my potential flatmate is good at DIY and can do a few jobs around the flat. I'm terrible at putting up shelves for example. The living room has a wood burner so might not suit anyone would is intolerant of this form of heating.

The flat is fully furnished but i can clear some elements if neccesary.
I'm pretty easy going and looking for a flat mate who is too. I dont worry too much about overcleaning and a few cobwebs here and there.
