Large room in large house.

Room available in our house around March. Its a large room already furnished with kingsize bed, bedside table, desk and chest of drawers. Own sink in room with large bay windows and marble fireplace befitting this Victorian house. Shared upstairs bathroom, almost finished bathroom, hence March availability. There are two bathrooms and an en suite in our room, so no arguments in the mornings. Wifi included, Skytv, Netflix etc, Sky could be linked to the room too, though there are plans to create a further living room from one of the 5 reception rooms.

Not to suit everyone, as we do own two beautiful dogs who are very people friendly, there are various projects going on at the house, though the place is beginning to scrub up nicely and should be much tidier this summer, hence the lower price.

Rent is £95 per week, paid monthly in advance with 2 weeks upfront, can discuss frequency of payment. Photos will be along shortly, once the room and upstairs are finished and tidy.
