Large Room with ensuite in a large house

This room has had extensive work, the ensuite is completely new. It is fairly bright, which did not seem to carry into the photos I took. It is also on the quiet side of the house, further from the road. Possibly the best room in the house now, it only needs a cupboard door above the ensuite to be finished which I will make soon.
The house has been a long term project and isn't finished yet, but it is now well insulated and warm. in addition to the sink and shower in the ensuite there is also a shared bathroom upstairs for the toilet and more toilets downstairs.
One of the live in landlords works from home. So the house is very rarely empty. But clients visit from time to time, so our preference is to someone who works at lease some weekdays. There is a large driveway and garden so plenty of parking.
There is a large dog at the house, he is not young anymore and is very sweet and is also quite well known locally. For this reason, as there is only one front garden, the gate is kept shut at all times. There is however an opportunity be rewarded for dog sitting. But that is fairly rare and not conditional.
The house sits at the bottom of the hill, it takes 12 minutes to walk to the Cedars pub and 16 minutes to Tesco. Busses pass but I expect this would suit a person with a car better.
There is internet here. Bills are included. You would need to buy your own food and toiletries and other small donations might be required to jointly consumed items, of which such minor things that I cant quite predict in this advert.
