• Upgraded central heating system and radiators throughout.

So a little about me... I'm a very clean, tidy, friendly and easy-going guy who will be as sociable or aloof as you like! Your privacy, personal space, possessions etc. will be respected at all times. No lock will be provided as defined in the license agreement but I am happy to install a deadbolt if you wish.
There is a chance the house will be unoccupied most days and evenings should my career move across the Solent, but right now you should expect to see me most of the time. My parents visit often and are wonderful people. You will get along just fine should you see them working in the garden or waiting for dinner!
Any problems or concerns with the house, facilities etc. should be discussed swiftly and openly, as I'm very approachable and will do everything I can to resolve all issues.
So what do I expect from you? Honesty, kindness, consideration and respect for me, my family and home. I am confident we will come to an understanding when sharing the house and living around each other, as this will no doubt require a little adjustment for us both.
