This is a newly built property on my families land where I will also be living part-time. I am hoping to rent out the second bedroom to a like-minded individual. My current tenant has been here just over a year and has now gone onto the property ladder herself.

I am a university lecturer in Aviation and Tourism and work up in Buckinhamshire full-time. I will move back to the area in September and will come back every other weekend or so.

This is in a very quiet village a couple of miles from Canterbury. This room will suit a like-minded individual looking for somewhere quiet to live, to feel at home and someone who enjoys the countryside. Ideally you would want to drive as public transportation is scarce. However, I do not drive and commute to London so it is easily manageable, but the train station is a 15 minute walk from the house.

Canterbury is an 8 minutes on the train or a 5/10 minute drive from the house.

We also have two Labradors who will roam outside during the day as the property is opposite my family property that is all part of one complex. So you may also see my family and younger siblings now and again playing in the garden. The grounds consist of our family home, the barn conversion advertised, another similar conversion, a riding school and surrounding fields.

The room can come either furnished or unfurnished.
Furnished will include; double bed and mattress, bedside table, dressing table and mirror and a set of chest of drawers.

This double room is listed at £600 pcm with all bills included.
