Double bedroom in rural house

Nice double bedroom in rural cottage , plenty of fields around to walk , , and Very quiet as no main roads around . Car owner is best , but can walk down lane to house , with bus stop at top of road .
Can possibly cook a meal at night should you require . Smoking in kitchen allowed . Use of garden and jacuzzi in the summer . Professional working person preferred , as I am out most of the day at work . Easy going person would fit in well with my lifestyle .
