All rooms in the house benefit from separate shared Kitchen, living, and dining areas, as well as a large garden and patio. This is not your typical battery-hen style house share!
The house is located in quiet no through road with a small park on the doorstep. A 5min bike ride (17min walk) to Ashford International train station and the HS1 train services, as well as being conveniently located for the motorway, ideal for commuters and local workers alike. Also just a short (5 minute) walk into the town centre or a 10 minute bike ride to the newly refurbished Ashford Designer Outlet.
On street permit parking is available but will need to be organised by yourself with the council. There are also streets with free parking just a minutes walk away from the property.
