We have a very large sitting room to share and fully fitted kitchen, with individual cupboard allocation if preferred.

Outside there is access to the garden, free parking on street or drive.
The property is in a secluded quite cul-de-sac in Singleton area.
Very good public transport links, 4 mins drive to M20. local shops and restaurant and pub in close walking distance.
I am looking for a professional worker. Short term let, with option to extend. Hospital professionals live here we have 2 small children in the house so room not suitable for night shift working.
