The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license etc) and includes Virgin unlimited superfast fibre broadband. There's a a professional cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. The Housemates: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants. All 6 rooms are single occupancy, which means a maximum of 6 people will occupy the house at any one time.
