I am the landlord and live elsewhere.
I'm looking for a flatmate to share this lovely purpose built two bedroom flat in a quiet conservation area on the edge of Ashford Town Centre, just 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and less that 10 minutes from the International Station.
The flat is larger than most with a separate kitchen with spacious dining area and a large lounge.
The kitchen has a washing machine, oven and hob, large fridge freezer.
The Bathroom has a bath with proper shower over (and there is a new combi boiler so there is always hot water).
The bedroom is a good size, currently has a single bed but with a super comfy Tempur memory foam mattress, (but you could replace this with a double bed if preferred) a built in double wardrobe, chest of drawers shelving and chair..
Virgin superfast broadband and all bills included.
There is no parking but on street parking is free overnight (permit only during the day and evening).
I am the landlord and do not live in the flat. The existing flatmate who you would be sharing with is female and a qualified art teacher and pescatarian who loves cooking, cinema and creative industries.
I'm looking for a female of similar age and with similar interests, ideally working regular hours. No Couples or males please
