Hello and thanks for looking at my spare room.
I am a live in landlord with two other tenants. Both working men.
I have a dog called Dave, who is very friendly but very excitable when meeting new people!
Pets are considered, depending on the pet, but cats unfortunately not.
We are a smoking/vaping house and 420friendly (please make sure you know what this means)
We are all down to earth, normal, common guys.
There is a shared bathroom with myself and one other tenant using it currently, whilst one room has an ensuite.
We have a shared living space and kitchen.
