Furnished double room in a great location

Hi I have a lovely furnished double room available in my comfortable family home close to the train station, town centre and Designer outlet shopping centre. Virgin TV, wifi and all bills are included. There's a sunny south facing garden to relax in and there's unrestricted street parking at the front. I work from home so am around most of the week however I do enjoy frequent weekends away. I have 2 adult children who live away at university and come home during the holidays. I love all types of music and going to concerts. I have a very well behaved female labrador dog and enjoy exploring the countryside and beaches with her.
