All bills included - large double rooms available

The house is around a 10 minute walk to Ashford International train station and town centre.

It is on a peaceful residential street with no through road so less traffic outside.

The tenancies are flexible, you can stay for as little or as long as you like, just provide me with a months notice.

There is one private parking space which I do not use (permit £40 p/year).

There is a large open plan kitchen diner area, with breakfast bar and a dedicated utility room with 2 x washer dryers.

There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs.

Rooms come furnished with a brand new double bed, mattress, furniture, and you are welcome to bring your own.
