For working professional female to share house with 3 other non smoking professional females. The house is in a perfect and peaceful non through side road with other private houses situated just off the Stour river and it is just a 5 minute walk to Ashford International station and the leisure centre.

The room is a large double and has a large wardrobe with shelves. The house has a garage and garden and lots of storage space.

There is a shared kitchen with a washing machine, and microwave and a lounge/diner with TV. The lounge/ diner has French doors which look out into a garden. There are 3 toilets and two bathrooms (one of the bathrooms and toilets is this ensuite). The garage can be used for a bike/ storage and there is also off road parking.

You will be sharing the house with 3 friendly females (all working). We are looking for a non smoking working professional aged 25 plus.

The monthly charge of £659 per month is inclusive and includes council tax, water, gas and electric and broadband.
It is only a 5 minutes walk to Tesco Metro and 10 minutes to the centre of Ashford town.
