The price of £133.00 per week includes council tax and water but excludes gas and electric. Monthly charge, inclusive of all bills, internet and council tax is £659.00pm.

HOUSE DETAILS:
There is a shared kitchen with a washing machine, and microwave and a lounge/diner with TV. The lounge/ diner has French doors which look out into a garden. There are 3 toilets and two bathrooms (one of the bathrooms and toilets is the ensuite which one of the other girls has). The garage can be used for a bike/ storage and there is also off road parking.

You will be sharing the house with 2 friendly females (both working). We are looking for a non smoking professional.

It is only a 5 minutes walk to Tesco Metro and 10 minutes to the centre of Ashford town.
