A well-presented spare room is available in a quiet and attractive house located in Mill Court. 10 min walk to the town centre and less than 10min walk to the station. The property faces the River Stour, providing a pleasant and peaceful setting.

The room can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference, and includes access to a private bathroom.

I work out of town during the week (few days a week). This means the lodger will have sole use of the house for the majority of the weekdays.
