Single fresh room, close to town, clean and quiet

We are looking for a clean, tidy and quiet person to add to our already tenanted house. Everyone is respectful of other sleeping patterns and working patterns. There are no parties or loud music. This is a non smoking house.

We have a garden area for use in summer. There is a sink in the room. two showers downstairs to share. One shared kitchen with allocated cupboard space.

We ask everyone to clean up after themselves but to make sure the house is maintained, we have a cleaner that does the communal areas on a 2 weekly basis.

Parking is on the street for free on a first come first served basis.

Full fibre Internet and all bills included except for a TV licence. Which would be up to you to provide if needed.

We are a family run company with a large portfolio of rooms around ashford of all shapes and sizes. If this particular room doesn’t suit, still message me and I can tell you what else is available
