I am Caterina and I am the current tenant in this lovely two-bed in the town centre. I am looking to replace my current flatmate with someone clean, tranquil, friendly and responsible.
I am a teacher and value a relaxing, quiet environment in my home, although I enjoy having friends over once in a while, this is NOT a party house!
Your room is very spacious and comes with a parking spot, it costs 650£ a month + bills (depends on the month, around 170£).
My landlords are very strict with their requirements, so ideally you should be a professional who earns minimum 35000£ a year. Women only, no smokers and no pets. The room is free from the 26th of July, possibly sooner.
