£500 a month, Friendly person in a five bedroom, 4 bathroom, 15 min walk to Ashford International train station (fast train 37 min to London) and Ashford town, with excellent cycle paths and 2 minutes from M20 Motorway. The area is a new build, clean, modern and quiet estate, in walking distance to local shops, laundrette, lovely local pub and more. The house is a 8 year old town house, over three floors, the room available is very large suitable for double bed, wardrobes and room to make a little living room of own. There is a bathroom next door with shower/bath/toilet which only you will use etc . The room has large wardrobe, double bed sofa and large dresser with draws. lovely kitchen, downstairs toilet and nice garden, with decked area and pond. Kitchen promotes a shared area, dining table and chairs, TV etc. ideally seeking a person who is professional, clean, honest. I would like someone who fits in and is willing to treat this as their home and take care of it in that way. I'm not a clean freak but I expect certain standard so it can remain a lovely place to live. Have a cleaner once a week for comunal areas. We all have our own space but it's nice if we all get along.
