V nice double room for rent. One already let. This one is furnished. It is within a large well kept 4 bed house. Short terms only at the moment.

We are a family looking to rent out our spare room preferably during the week or short term. The cost for the room is based on seven days rental. Negotiable space/rent rates for less days.

There will be fridge space provided, we have a cleaner who maintains the house and we have a dishwasher as well.

We have one very friendly cat and puppy hence no more pets.

All utility bills such as Gas Electric and water included. Washing can be discussed separately.

Flat screen television in room. Super fast broadband is included.

Some Wardrobe and cupboard space provided.

Large garden.

Central to town location within walking distance to the station - 10 minutes maximum. All town facilities within 5 minute reach.

We have room for 6 weeks from May to Middle June 2016.
