NO KITCHEN ACCESS- The Double Room has TV, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle and Cutlery. STRICTLY NO COOKING AND USING THE KITCHEN ON GROUND FLOOR. We are looking for Lodger who doesn't cook and who doesn't use the Kitchen area. You can buy your own air fryer for your own personal use, Microwave and fridge freezer provided in the room.

NO SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. We are not accepting smoker.

STRICTLY NO VISITORS ALLOWED.
You can arrange your own visitors to meet you in another hotel room or Air B&B or in a Cafe Shop / Restaurant.
Overcrowding is NOT ALLOWED.
Quiet time: 10pm to 7am.
Small Rubbish bin provided inside the room- it's the responsibility of the Lodger to maintain cleanliness and throwing the rubbish to the outside big bins.
The Room is for Single Occupancy ONLY. NO PETS ALLOWED, we have 2 dogs already, staying only in the Ground Floor living room - Door is always closed.
