There is a small single room available in Relaxed, friendly house, close to town and station.
Single occupancy only.
Furnished with bed, wardrobe, plus Television point.
There are 4 rooms in the house, (so maximum 4 people), and 2 bathrooms. (both with bath and shower) upstairs and downstairs.
There is a comfortable shared lounge with a TV and free wireless internet.
We only consider polite, working people. You will need a reference and ID.
All the bills are included in the monthly rent.
There is possibly some off road parking- to be discussed -and inexpensive permits for the road parking if you have a car.
This is a quiet spot close to the town centre, the new cinema complex and a 10 minute walk to the fast train to London.
It is a short walk to 'the gym' and Lidl and a slightly longer walk to Waitrose.
