I am a private landlord in Ashford with a portfolio of professionally run , House Shares and I am personally looking after my own property's ( so you will not be dealing with a " i will get them to ring you back !! " faceless Estate Agent )
I have two maintenance teams and most problems get sorted same or next day
All of my houses have FIBRE OPTIC / SUPERFAST WI-FI included in the price and are nice clean working houses with 4 to 6 tenants , with two or three bathrooms in each and with all modern convinces , TV socket and fridge freezer in the room ( if needed ) and , the kitchens are fully equipped and the lawns are cut and the gardens ready to use
