Ideal for a professional wanting a peaceful, quiet room, whilst working away from home.

The house consists of a brand new central heating system. A living room with a wood burner, a large cottage style kitchen, a brand new white bathroom suite, with power-shower and a well-kept garden that backs onto open fields.

The cottage is located in the semi-rural village of Sellindge, which is only a 10 mins drive into Ashford and OR The William Harvey Hospital, a 15 min drive into Folkestone and a 25 min drive into Canterbury, so own transport is necessary.

The room has Wi-Fi, a large flat screen TV, double bed, dressing tables/desk, chair and a wardrobe.

The room also includes use of the kitchen, the laundry room, the bathroom and the well-maintained garden. Off-road parking is available directly opposite the cottage.

The room would suit a busy professional who enjoys the quiet life.

The cottage is kept clean to a high standard with a cleaner coming in once a week, which is also included in the room rate.

There is a lovely near by PUB and a CAFE that both offer great home-made food at very affordable prices.

Rent covers ALL bills including Council Tax, Water, Broadband, TV, Free Sat & Digital Radio and reasonable usage of gas, electric and water plus:
