Spacious flat on High Street

My current housemate is moving out and I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in my spacious flat in Aylesford.

The room is a large double with a Juliet bathroom attached that we share. It includes a shower and freestanding bath.

The flat is across two floors with the first floor housing a large kitchen, dining room, toilet and living room and upstairs the bedrooms and second bathroom.

The flat is completely furnished by me other than the second bedroom meaning you are able to furnish it as you like (within our tenancy rules), however my current housemate is happy to leave / sell the furniture in there incl. bed, wardrobes, dresser. I ask that you bring your own kitchen utensils etc. though. .

The flat is a period property and absolutely beautiful and I’ve loved living here for the last few years, so I’m hoping to find someone who appreciates that and is respectful of the space and neighbours. Whilst the price doesn’t include bills, I usually allocate around £150 a month each to cover council tax (band C), electricity, water and WiFi etc. with slightly more in winter.
