Double bedroom in a peaceful household

Unfortunately I am not able to offer a long term contract atm as I am not sure what my future plans are, i. e moving, I can only offer 1 month rolling contracts although I will obviously provide you with 4 weeks notice to enable you to find somewhere else if I do decide to move, which, atm I have no plans to but not sure what the future holds. I only ask from you for 1 weeks rent in advance and £200 deposit which is fully refundable.

I am a 42 year old male living by myself and am quiet but friendly and social. I work nights Fri - Tue as a lorry driver and would need someone who doesnt mind keepimg the noise down a bit during the day while I'm sleeping. I enjoy going out aswell as staying in. I am also quite houseproud so looking for someone who is clean and tidy.

The property is clean and tidy and offers lots of indoor and outdoor space.

Room has lots of storage space and there is a loft for extra storage.

All bills and broadband included, tv in room with freeview.

The garden has nice views across the fields at the back of the house and is very peaceful.

Shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom, all recently decorated throughout. There is a nice conservatory, patio and decking area where you can enjoy the outdoor space.

Space on driveway for 2 cars which is available.

Close to M20 and M2. 10 minute drive to Maidstone or 5 minute drive to Aylesford train station which has connections to London and Maidstone. There is also a local bus service that goes direct to Maidstone or Chatham.
