Decent sized brand new double rooms in new build

This is a never been used before room in a new house set in an Idyllic environment. The area is quiet and good for country walks, there is an animal reservation park close by as well. I just moved into the house from London and i am looking for a professional, friendly and respectful person to stay in the room.
Ideal for professionals who work in surrounding areas like Canterbury and Dover.
