I have a lovely double room in my new build property in Aylesham, 10 minutes to canterbury by road or train and 15 minutes to Dover. I live in the property along with my well behaved 6 year old son and our small well behaved dog.
The room has access to a bathroom (I have an en suite) so mainly your use. The room is fully furnished. 500 PCM includes all bills or I can include food for a total price of 600 PCM. We are a relaxed but clean and tidy household. Would be nice to make a friend as well a lodger. We are used to having a student/lodger and myself and my son respect privacy. I am due to start university in September so although I will be a student and happy to embrace the student life, this is not a party house as such.
