Small double room

I have a small double NON smoking room available from the first of March. It is furnished and has sky tv in the room. The house has wireless broadband. The only bills not included are the telephone and council tax if applicable. The house is a semi detached with off road parking, for at least two cars. So there will be one parking space available. Buses run from Aylesham to Canterbury and Dover, the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk and the train station is about 10 minutes walk. There is also a CAT living at the house so an animal lover preferred.
