Rooms do not come up often.

Please note that commercial vans cannot be parked on the estate on a permanent daily basis only cars.
There is plenty of off road parking at the house ( approx 4 spaces on driveway and one on the front lawn ) There is convenient parking on the road toward the house for visitors.

The house is spacious and has a Large Kitchen-Breakfast room with separate utility room it is the main hub of the house and house mates enjoy time in this space. The size of the house is deceptive as it is built into the hill. So the lower floor is downstairs. We have use of EE WI-Fi, Fibre large with added range booster and emergency hub.

The garden and house are maintained and looked after very well. The doors and windows have just had a full upgrade to UPVC.
Bearsted Station is only ten to the house or 5 minutes Downhill to the station.

At Bearsted Green there’s Fad’s coffee shop, Crouch Butchers, Bakers and Deli, Bearsted Barbers and a convenient store. 2 Gastro Pubs "The Oak" and “ The White Horse" and a lovely fish restaurant, “Fish on The Green”. Thurnham & Bearsted Men’s Club. All Situated around the village green. The Ashford Road has "The Rose" pub and Indian. "The Yeoman” . Tesco Express, Costa Coffee, Marino’s fish & chips, The Hairy Bear Barbers A corner shop post office & yummy’s Chinese.
Deliveroo and Just eat deliver.
The Bell Inn- The Butchers Block have live bands some Friday nights & Sundays 4-6 plus bank holiday events.
The Tudor Park Marriott Hotel which has a Golf Club, Gym Facilities, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and driving range is only 20 minutes walk using the footpaths and shortcuts. Past the Holy Cross Church and through the picturesque Bearsted Woodland Trust land, situated opposite the Tudor Park Hotel.
There is a local farmers market first Sunday if each month on Bearsted Green.
The White Horse, Thurnham Men’s Members Club and The Oak on The Green are a short walk away. And has regular live music booked.
The Green has many Seasonal events that are worth attending and there are many walks to choose from, for all abilities. If you would like to meet new people in the area, you could join one of our clubs.
Bearsted has a bowls, tennis, cricket club, rifle range and the Women’s institute .

You can enjoy town centre shopping by hopping on the train at Bearsted. It's only one stop , five minutes to Maidstone East.
