It is a village off the Ashford Road. In between junctions 7 & 8 of the M20.
5 minutes from Bearsted Station.
East Maidstone is one stop on the train.
Aylesford is open the same line.

People have stayed for five years. Lodgers move on to change jobs, live with a partner or buy a property of their own.
Rooms do not come up often.

I am looking for a person that has employment and is on day shifts. No commercial vans can be parked on the estate on a daily basis only cars.
There is plenty of off road parking at the house and we are in a non permit area.

The house is spacious and has a Large Kitchen-Breakfast room with separate utility room. Three full-size bathrooms and one ground floor toilet. The size of the house is deceptive as it is built into the hill.

The garden and house are maintained and looked after very well. This is the big bonus for living in a family home, owner / live in landlady.

We are in a great location for Bearsted Train Station. As only five minutes walk.

There are 2 Gastro Pubs "The Oak" and The White Horse" and a lovely fish restaurant, on The Green. All Situated around the village green within 5 minutes walk. The Ashford Road has "The Rose" pub and Indian. "The Yeoman” .
The Bell Inn, has live bands Friday night & Sunday 4-6. Thai food restaurant and Sunday Roasts. Tesco Express and Costa Coffee on the Ashford road are ten minutes walk. The Tudor Park Marriott Hotel which has a Golf Club, Gym Facilities, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and driving range is only 20 minutes walk using the footpaths and shortcuts. Past the Holy Cross Church and through the picturesque Bearsted Woodland Trust land, situated opposite the Tudor Park Hotel.

You can enjoy town centre shopping by hopping on the train at Bearsted. It's only five minutes to Maidstone East.
