Huge double room - amazing location!

There is currently one very large double room to let in spacious town house spread across three floors. All bills are included.

Bedroom comes fully furnished and is well worth viewing to appreciate the space available. South-facing kitchen balcony overlooking back garden. Loft space also allows for storage for any bulky items.

The house is currently set up with Sky TV with Sky & BT Sports HD as well as Virgin super fast broadband. We also have an extremely gentle and affectionate, 11 year old, indoor, adult cat, called Leo.

Ideally we would like a responsible housemate who would be very clean, friendly and relatively easy-going. The house is always kept clean and is generally quiet. Extremely sociable, but definitely not a party house!

NOTE: there is no off street parking or shared living room. Would like to make that clear to be fair and manage people's expectations.
