The owner/landlord of the property lives at the house with her two children, 17 and 22. She rents out the top two rooms of the house (of which this is one). The other lodger is in her early to mid twenties.

The house is a 4 minute walk from Kent House station, 8 minutes from Clock House station and Beckenham Road tram stop, 12 minutes from New Beckenham, and between 5 and 15 minutes from a variety bus stops going in all directions.

Any prospective lodger needs to be a non-smoker and be ok with animals as a dog (friendly jack russell x corgi) and a cat live at the property.
