Large house, recently renovated to a high spec.

The tenant will have a use of garden, huge kitchen with all the things for your comfort.

Underfloor heating through the house, cleaning included.

Weekly clean is included, powerful WiFi thought the house.

I am looking for someone tidy, kind and full time working professional.

Please note, I have two cats that go outside through the cat flap. They won’t bother you though as they are very independent and clean.

The house is conveniently situated close to the shops and cafes (2 min walk), Eden Park station is 10 minute walk, Beckenham Junction is 15 minutes walk or short ride on the bus.

Please note the bedroom is with the garden view, bright and quiet. The bedroom has it's own bathroom (the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom, but just a step away).
