Beckenham is beautiful area, with leafy Beckenham Place Park nearby while being just 25 mins away from central London, and has a good mix of bars/restaurants.

All bills are included, with a small excess for couples.

You will be sharing the flat with me, so I'm looking for someone easy-going, but who will help keep the flat clean.
