Double room in beautiful Beckenham flat

Hello, my flat mate is moving out of our shared flat in Beckenham due to a change in her work circumstances, so her room has become available to rent.

Located on the lovely Brackley road. The flat is situated on second and top floor of the building, there is nobody above us or either side as the building is a in a U shape which means there’s tones of natural light flooding through the flat, and no noisy neighbours. The view is of lots of trees and of a church.

The flat also has a big living room/ dinning area, tumble dryer, dish washer and private off street parking. The bedroom is decent sized double and has a built in wardrobe. It comes unfurnished at the moment with the opportunity to possibly keep some furniture (will speak to my current flat mate). The rest of the flat comes completely furnished and has everything you will need.

13 minutes walk to Beckenham junction station and to the town centre and 15 minutes walk to beckenham place park.

The room is available to a single female, who is working. No students sorry.

I’m 26 years old and I work in public service.
In my spare time I like to see friends, cook/ bake, walk my dog (who lives with my mum) exercise, and more recently painting.

I’m a clean and tidy person and like home to be the same.

The room is available at the end of July/ beginning of August, and the rent is 650 per calendar month The bills are 160 pounds. So £810 in total. This covers everything gas/ water/ electricity/ WiFi.

There is a security deposit £650 pounds
