Double bedroom, nicely furnished, Beckenham

I am looking for a female professional, or student placement considered, to rent all week, or Monday to Friday only, or Thursday to Sunday if preferred.
No remote or hybrid workers.
A five day week let will be £30 per day/night. This is to rent one bedroom in my 4 bedroom home. I only rent out 1 room in the house and live alone. Includes council tax.

The house faces the garden with a lovely view of parklands and is not overlooked.
The property is in a leafy, safe, quiet suburban area with great transport links into London and the South East including trains, buses and trams. (10 mins walk)
Lots of restaurants, parks, shops and leisure centres in the vicinity as well as a David Lloyd Club in my road.

You will have full access to the house ( kitchen/living room and garden) with the use of a private en suite. You will also have access to the study. Kitchen appliances will be at your disposal as well as kitchen utensils and storage area. The property is kept clean and tidy. There is free off street parking in the road.
