What’s required?

To become a Guardian, we will require the following:
• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference
• Willing to apply for DBS check

To secure a room, we require:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit
