Large, bright double room with king-sized bed

I am looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate to share my beautiful house. You would be living with me (female professional) and my two little dogs, plus a week-day only housemate for the single room (if/when one is found). Ideally you would be an animal lover as my two fluffsters will definitely want to be your friends. I work from home 3 days a week.

The common areas include a bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower, a spacious living room with a big TV and lots of books, a utility room with a washing machine & tumble dryer, a separate w/c on the ground floor, and a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen diner. Outside there is a patio with comfy seating for warm weather days and a beautiful garden with well-frequented bird feeders and an ornamental pond.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac a short walk away from shops and a bus stop. Eden Park train station us about 10 minutes' walk away (or an insignificant bus ride), Elmer's End Station is about a 20-min walk. Trains go into London Bridge (~26-29 mins) or Charing Cross (~32-39 mins). There's a David Lloyd gym is a short walk away and lovely Kelsey Park is within reach over a longer walk. Beckenham town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema, is a short bus ride away

Rent is inclusive of all bills including utilities, council tax, very fast broadband, Netflix, and a weekly cleaner. There is no on-site parking unfortunately so if you have a car, it would have to be parked on the street but there is normally plenty of spaces.

I could consider a housemate who has their own small dog but I'm afraid my pups will not behave around a cat. Female housemate preferred, male housemate considered. No couples, apologies.
