The property is a 4 bedroom house and is a short distance from the main high street where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops etc. There are good transport options with a bus stop very near and a tram stop one road away (Avenue Road) or 2 minutes walk which has links to Wimbledon and Croydon. Kent House and Clock House are the nearest train stations and both within 5-10 minute walking distance. Central London stations such as Victoria and London Bridge are only 20 minutes away. There is also ample free parking space outside if you require.

There is a communal front room, garden and conservatory available to use. There is also an excellent broadband speed of 100mbps. There are no pets or children in the house.

The current housemates are professional, friendly and considerate.
